Return Policy:
We cannot replace lost magnets, however in the unlikely event that your necklace should come apart due to a faulty clasp or ring we would be happy to replace it.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 day refund or exchange on all of our products. All returned products must be returned in new saleable condition in their original packaging. Returns not in new saleable condition in their original packaging will be refused. If the problem was our mistake we’ll gladly refund shipping, otherwise the customer must pay return shipping. Please send us an email and let us know that you’d like to return something and we will forward the appropriate mailing address. When you ship the item back to us please send us a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason for the return. If you don’t have your invoice please contact us via email and we can send you a copy via email (sales@sydison.com).
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. We typically ship via First Class Parcel Post. International shipping is also based on the size and weight of your package. At times we may need to contact you if additional shipping charges are required. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
