Product Care:
Our necklaces are handmade and as such, should be handled with the care that you would show any piece of jewelry. We use the strongest magnets and clasps possible, however necklaces should be removed for rough play, running or sports.
All of our chains come in a standard 24" length to allow them to be placed over an adult's head without having to be undone. We suggest that in order to reduce lateral movement that the chain be shortened to suit the wearer. This will help to prevent magnet loss. 22" is the average length to fit over a child's head without undoing the clasp, however the ideal chain length is 18" long. To shorten the chain, simply cut with scissors between two ball units. At this length, the necklace will need to be opened and closed with the clasp rather than pulled over the head.
